He was predeceased by: his parents, James Escue and Annie Pruitt Escue of Jackson, TN.; and his brothers, Lloyd, Frank, Harvel and Nolan Escue.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Hodges Escue; his children, Kevin Escue (Becky) and Cindy Escue; his grandchildren, Austin Escue (Lucy), Emma Nash (Jarrod), Keragan Collard, Grant Escue, Reed Meredith (Maddie), Daniel Ashley (Skylar) and Carly Ashley; his great grandchildren, Peyton Nash, Reagan Nash and Noah Meredith; his siblings, Ann Schmitzerle, Alvin Escue (Phyllis), Carolyn Fugate, Clifton Escue and Qulin Escue (Charlotte); and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Young, Judy Escue, Wilda Escue and Jo Escue. He is also survived by his family with his whole heart; his wife, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clearview Baptist Church (505 W White Oak St, Leitchfield, KY 42754).
