She is survived by: her husband Rickie Carter of Jackson, TN; her children, Lee Watson (Dee) of Jackson, TN, Lisa Payne (Terence) of Nesbitt, MS and Jennifer Foust (Gene) of Medina, TN; her grandchild Jordan (Austin); and her daughters, Taylor (Callie), Bailey, Rayna and John-Carter.
