It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William M. Herndon (Jackson, Tennessee), who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent W. O. Herndon. He is survived by: his mother Claribel Exum Herndon of Jackson, TN; his wife Danna Lynch Herndon; his son Jeff Herndon (Holly); his grandsons, Will of Humboldt, TN and Eric Herndon (Katheryn Cepparulo) of Jackson, TN; and his brothers, Tom Herndon (Linda) of Jackson, TN, Philip Herndon (Donna) of Kannapolis, NC and Charles Herndon (Judy) of Olive Branch, MS. He is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews.
