He is survived by: his nephew David Wills; his children, Cindy Tomlin Coulston Ray (Bill) and Kevin Ross Tomlin (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Veronica Coulston Minton (Jonathan), John Connor Coulston, Matthew Tomlin (Megan), Kerri Gillette (Jason), Brittney Neely (Sam) and Nicole Joyce.
