He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Wooley, Sr. and Ollie Beatrice Nicholson Wooley; his son Thomas Andrew Wooley; and his siblings, Franklin D. Wooley, James T. Wooley, Russell W. Wooley, Robert G. Wooley, Voncel Atnip and Christine Merritt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Miller Wooley of Henderson, TN; his children, Steven Brian Wooley (Frances) of Jackson, TN and Emily Michelle Shanks (Morris) of Jackson, TN; and his grandchildren, Savannah Grace Jones, Tristan Gage Morris and Zada Forsha.
