She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Albert and Georgia Lanell Wilbanks Davis; her husband John W. Smith; and her brothers, Johnny Thomas Davis and Billy Chiles Davis.

She is survived by: her daughter Donna Hornburger (Ron) of Jackson, TN; her grandchildren, Dawn Cox (Craig) and Kipp Hornburger (Chasity); and her great grandchildren, Lexi Cox, Bree Hornburger, Aiden Cupples and Callan Willis.
