He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Mattie Kearley, Clifford Baldwin and Loma Baldwin; and his aunts and uncles, Greg Baldwin, Bobby Baldwin, Venable Kearley, Buster Hargis, Gerald Wood, Melvin Cook, Ciefer Davis, Walter Threet, Norma "Pee Wee" Hargis, Georgia Wood-Gunter, Nadine Kearley and Christine Davis.

He is survived by: his parents, Gail Threet and Boyd Kearley (Sheila); his brothers, Heath Kearley and Josh Kearley (April); his aunts and uncles, Neil Baldwin, Tommy Baldwin, Darrelle Baldwin, Helen Findley (Tony), Peggy Cook, Janell Cook, Breneda Livingston, Sharon Davis, Sandra Culp and Karen Kearley; and his siblings' children, Bella, Aliyah Kearley, Colton Kearley, Dominic Sumpter and Eli Hancock.
