He is survived by: his wife Becky Neal; his son Kevin Neal (Tori Hunter Neal); his stepchildren, Cotie Orcutt, Anthony Orcutt and Kayla Kelsey (Clay); his grandson Kullen Neal; his stepgrandchildren, Lily, Briley, Joel and James; his parents, Marsha McGee (Doug) and Dean Neal (Freda); his siblings, Brad Neal (Deanna) and Deanna Neal; his nephews, Scott, Sean, Tye and Carter; and his close friend William.
