He is survived by: his children, Bridgette Wilson (Justin), David W. Choate (Ashley) and Cayce McCloud (RJ); his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Savana, Grace, James, Mya and Emma; and his brother Wayne Choate (Wanda).
A reception was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mundy Funeral Home (229 S Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556).
