He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Jean Weaver (Copeland); his children, Randy Weaver and Rhonda Weaver; his parents, Ralph Weaver and Gertie Weaver (Conatser); and his siblings, Faye Winningham, Patricia Weaver, Gail Crockett, Jim Weaver and Bill Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Weaver; his grandchildren, Dagen Weaver, Ashley Gunter, Dustin Weaver, Shea Weaver and Seth Weaver; his great grandchildren, Naleiyah Moon Gunter, Aayden Gunter, Hendrix Gunter, Emmerson Weaver, Carly Weaver Brothers and Gene Weaver (Ella Jerry Weaver); and his sister Janie Wright (Weaver).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
