She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Michael Crouch; her stepmother Kathy West; and her grandparents, Caster, Ina Mae West and Harlan.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Ratliff (Jeremy), Jacklyn Draughn (Justin) and William Casher Brown, Jr. (Stephanie Mills11); her grandchildren, Rylee, Gage, McKenzie, Calleigh, Justin Jr., Gabby, Jesse, Ina Mae, Charlie Jo, McKenna and Jaylen; her mother Betty WestSisters (Greer); James West (Cheryl).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
