It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Waters of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Waters to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ester Mae Waters (Garrett); his parents, Asbird Waters and Opal Estele Waters (Robbins); and his siblings, Betty Jean Cravens and Bobby Waters.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Copeland (Steve), Craig Waters (Tina) and T. J. Waters (Michell); his grandchildren, Brandon Brown, Amber Copeland, Blake Waters (Makayla), Colby Waters, Zoey Smith, Hailey Stults (Scotty), Macy Stinson (Travis), McKinley Miller (Tyler), A. J. Waters (Chandler), Ashley Waters (Tanner Davis), Anslee Waters, Whitley Waters, Jeremiah Waters and Jace Waters; his great grandchildren, Alora Jane Waters, Jude, Judson, Jackson Stults, Archer, Oliver, Robbie, Rey, Trevor Stinson and Lainey Miller; and his sisters, Ruth "Moody" Tompkins (Kenny) and Wanda Norris (Howard Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made towards the burial expenses.
