She was predeceased by: her husband Bud Pendergrass; her daughter Sandra Lynn Brown; her grandsons, Joseph Michael Pendergrass and Daniel Ray Brown; her children-in-law, Julie Kay Pendergrass (Brannon) and Herb Matthews; her parents, Willie "Sugar Bill" Brothers and Frantie Beaty Brothers (Johnson); and her sister Elizabeth Sue Napier.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Pendergrass, Regina Garrett, Gary Pendergrass (Anita), Linda Matthews and Scottie Crouch; her son-in-law Johnny Ray Brown; her stepgrandchildren, David Beaty (late Jean), Gene Beaty (Anita), Charles Beaty (Kathy), Willard Beaty (late Sheila) and Johny Beaty (Kathy); her sisters, Wilda Garrett (Bucky), Deborah Boring (Rick), Kathy Sloan (late Tony) and Diane Bertram (Joe); and her brother-in-law Bobby Napier A. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
