He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Upchurch and Madge Upchurch (Crabtree); and his siblings, Shelia Beaty, Lynn Beaty, Jean Beaty and Michael Upchurch.
He is survived by: his son Chris Upchurch (Crystal); his grandchildren, Caden Upchurch and Callie Upchurch; his sisters, Bobbie Sue Davis (Bill) and Kathy Beaty (Charles); and his cousin Lori McCoy (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
