He is survived by: his children, Kassie Smith of Dayton, TN, Racheal Lewis of Manchester, NH and Ross Lewis of Maine; his granddaughter Reagan; his mother Volena Hatch (Cox) of Jamestown; his siblings, Tommy Hickcox (Lisa) of Nebraska and Jennifer Hickcox (Frank) of New Hampshire; his aunt Judy Stewart Fern King; and his close friends, Allen Beaty, Pauline Cox, Johnny and Karen Hill A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
