He was predeceased by: his son Troy Lewis; his parents, Ray Maynard Lewis, Sr. and Mary Pearl Lewis (Snell); and his brother Wayne Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Annette Lewis (Tate); his son William Copeland; his daughter-in-law Vickie Lewis (Tucker); his grandsons, Hunter Addie (Chris) and Mason Lewis; his great grandchild McKenna Addie; his parents-in-law, John and Brenda Tate; his siblings-in-law, John Tate, Jr. and Natalie Tate; and his extended family, Jimmy, Tammy Stephens and Kay Mosier-Babcock.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Best Friends Sanctuary.
