He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ledbetter and Mary Magdalene "Maggie" Ledbetter; his grandparents, Carlos, Myrtle Selby, Jack and Creaty Blevins Ledbetter; and his mother-in-law Geraldine Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Kristy Ledbetter (Smith); his son Brody Ledbetter; his siblings, Charles Ledbetter Gary Ledbetter and Judy Roysden (Terry Phyllis Ledbetter); and his father-in-law Donald Smith A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
