He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Edmond Smith, Barbara Veal, Leon Brown, James "Junior" Gunter and William Garrett.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Patrick Garrett and Heather Briana Garrett (Smith); his siblings, Clay Garrett and Scarlett Garrett; his grandparents, Steve, Delilah Garrett, Keevin and Barbara Jo Smith; his great-grandparents, Della Smith, Leona Gunter and Arvina Garrett; and his aunts and uncles, Gage Smith, Darrin, Elizabeth King, Jacob and Gillian Klein A. He is also survived by great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
