He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie "Sugar Bill" Beaty and Frante Beaty (Johnson); and his siblings, Bobby Beaty and Elizabeth Sue Napier. He is survived by: his son Shane Beaty (Lindsey); his grandsons, Porter Beaty Brothers, David Beaty (late Jean), Charles Beaty (Kathy), Johny Beaty (Kathy), Willard Beaty (late Sheila) and Gene Beaty (Anita); his sisters, Nell Pendergrass (late Bud), Deborah Boring (Rick), Wilda Garrett (Bucky), Diane Bertram (Joe) and Kathy Sloan (late Tony); and his brother-in-law Bobby Napier A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
