He is survived by: his children, Tina Potter (Michael) and Steve Miller; his grandchildren, Chris Hammock, Josh Hammock, Ashley Spencer (David), Cody Farley, Chase Farley, Caitlyn Farley, Erica Potter and Michaela Potter; his great grandchildren, Hazleigh, Jakely, Brantley, Malina, Jaxxon, Daziee and Brynlee; his sibling's children, Kenneth Sheppard, Bradley Steven Sheppard, Robert Stockton (Kerri), Robbin Rochelle, Tammy Perkins, Patricia Slaven (Nathan), Jeanie Hughes and Kenny Hoover; and his caregiver Sue Price A.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made towards funeral expenses.
