We announce the death of Aaron Thomas of Jasper, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 43. Aaron will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Rick Hawkins; his great-grandparents, Robert, Louise Daniel, Ira and Nettie Avans; his grandparents, Danny Joe, Patsy Avans, Carl and Eva Thomas; and his father-in-law Jim Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Ashley Thomas (Webb); his son Trenton Aaron Thomas (Ashley); his parents, LaShawn Hawkins and Carl Thomas (Joann); his mother-in-law Beth O'Leary Webb; his sister Carla Carroll (Brian); his nibling London; his brother Adam Thomas (Jessie); his nieces and nephews, Isaiah and Serenity; and his stepsiblings, Christian Frazier (Jeremy), Justin Hawkins (Christine) and Brandon Hawkins. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
