She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Keel, Sr. and Bertha Day Keel; her husband Joe Tipton; her son Bill Nelson; her siblings, Frank "Buddy" Keel, Jr., Donald Ray Keel, Thelma Moore and Inez Brown; and her granddaughter Stephanie Bragg.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Nelson (Mary Beth), Neal Nelson (Kelli) and Rhonda Nelson; her brother Robert Keel; her grandchildren, Chris Nelson (Staci), Dan Nelson (Melissa), Rebecca Henderson (Dustin), Blake Nelson, Brett Nelson (Emily Ann), Briley Nelson, Daniel Brock and Matthew Bragg; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Abigail, Haley, Caleb Nelson, Hudson, Harvey Nelson, Tycen, Thatcher, Tamryn, Trey Henderson, Ronin Brock, Gregory Billingsley, Gracie Keener (Kyran), Jaxton and Paxton Bragg; and her great great grandchild Becklyn LaNea Keener. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
