She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayden Belk and Pearl Quarles Belk; her husband James A. Webb, Sr.; her son-in-law Robert Oglesby; her brother Haymore Belk; her sister-in-law Patsy Belk; and her niece Patty Belk.
She is survived by: her children, James A. "Butch" Webb, Jr. (Geneva), Samuel L. "Monty" Webb (Sissy) and Teresa Webb Oglesby; her brother Jimmy Belk (Wanda); her grandsons, Michael Webb and Samuel Webb, Jr.; and her close friend Gerald Drain. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
