She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill McNabb and Pearl McNabb; her former husband John Keith Looney; her husband Chester Owen Young; her brother Jerome Dean McNabb; and her son Steven Looney.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Timothy Looney (Teresa) and Paula Payne; her daughter-in-law Mary Looney; and her sister Myrna Parker. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
