He is survived by: his son Lee Barnett (Kristal); his stepson Jim Smith (Donna); his daughter Vicki Layne (Paul); his grandchildren, Erin Adams (Tray), Abbie Presnell (Ronnie), Shanna Griffin (Patrick), Chad Smith, Dakota Smith and Garrett Smith; his great grandchildren, Trace, Elyssa, Amberleigh and Tru; and his great great grandchild Ellianna Mae Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and precious friends.
