He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade (Way) and Addie B. Tillison; and his former wife Lila Marie Wade. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wade, James Lavelle Wade (Jerri), Curtis Donahue, Andrew Teague, Robert Zackery (Jackie), Cathy Moore, Glenda Humphrey (Clifford), Belinda Swafford (Lanny) and Delilah Freeman; and his former wives, Robin Wade and Janice Wade. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, several other family members and special friends.
