It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Frank Rogers Jr. of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Frank; his siblings, Jonathan and Lisa; and his grandparents, J. B., Idelle Duggan, Elbert and Pearl Rogers.

He is survived by : his wife Pam; his children, Trey, Ella and Joseph; his mother Evelyn; his parents-in-law, Faye and Joe Lowrey; his siblings, Stephanie Evans (Brian), Chris Rogers (Micki) and David Rogers (Kelly); and his sister-in-law Jenn Ginnett (Tonya).
