He was predeceased by: his mothers, Kay Webb and Laura Newsome Webb; his wives, Arleen Webb and Claudia Webb; his son Joe Billy Webb, Jr.; his siblings, Tom Webb, Frank Webb, James Webb, Virginia Brazier, Louise Dial, Fannie Kay Ruth and Kitty Strickler Bryant; and his daughter-in-law Anita C. Ogle.
He is survived by: his son Clarence Ogle; his brother Roger Webb (Jan); his grandchildren, Shannan Huckabee (Tristen) and Benjamin Pace; and his stepsons, William McCallister and Warren McCallister. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A masonic service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (199 Pleasant Grove Rd, Jasper, TN 37347).
