She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wooten and Mary Ruth McElhaney Wooten; her husband Larry Haggard; her son Ricky Lee Haggard; her daughter-in-law Paula Sexton; and her siblings, Brady Wooten, Bill Wooten, Lois Cronnon and Ruth Bearden.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Flood (Randy) and Kenny Haggard; her siblings, Charlie Wooten, Don Wooten, Cricket Holtzclaw and Sue Holcomb; her grandchildren, Lynn Flood (Tanya), Isaac Flood (Emarie), Brooke Haggard, Abbie Haggard, Billy, Craig, Josh and Rebecca Talley; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Bailey, Aubrey Flood and Bodhi. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM, on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A burial was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens (3076 Main St, Jasper, TN 37347).
