He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Meece Cooper and Ruby Jean Hammond Cooper. He is survived by : his brothers, John Cooper (Patricia) and Tim Cooper (Joanne); and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Jones (Jeremy), Kendall Cooper (Molly), Lauren Cooper, Savannah Cooper and Colby Cooper. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and special friends.
