Lora Jones Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lora Jones of Jasper, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lee Brooks and Ethel Leroy Brooks; her husband Johnny Jones; her son-in-law Robert Keith; her siblings, Bill Brooks, Franklin Brooks, Mary Griffin, Martha Ziegler, Rachel Brooks and Barbara Constanzo; her granddaughters, Christy and Misty Gothard; and her great great grandchild Zoe Walden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lora Ann Keith, Linda Frame (James) and Patricia Anderson (Jimmy); her sisters, Alice Faye Gross (Robert) and Charlotte Kregl; and her grandchildren, David Walden (Trina), Tiffany Mosley (Gary), Greg Bianchi (Christina) and Lonnie Gothard (Holly). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens (3076 Main St, Jasper, TN 37347).
