It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merrie Annette Johnson of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlotte Howard Smith and James C. Smith, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Terry Mack Johnson, Sr.; her children, Heather Chambers (Benjamin) and Terry Mack Johnson, Jr. (Natasha); her brothers, James C. Smith, Jr., Bobby Smith (Debbie) and Joel Smith; her grandchildren, Anna, Alexander Chambers, Kaidyn and James Colton Mack Johnson; and her sister Kathy Johnson Grider. She is also survived by several nieces', nephews and special friends.
