She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchel Grey Nance; her son Ricky Nance; and her parents, Iola Write Talkington and David Amos Talkington. She is survived by: her children, Amos Nance, Donna Roddy and Steven Nance; and her siblings, Bernice T. Nance and David Roy Talkington. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
