She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Kelly and Marie Hale Scott; and her siblings, Douglas Scott and Vickie Hughes. She is survived by: her son Douglas Wayne Tipton; and her siblings, Bobby Scott, Rick Scott and Cynthia Greer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
