He was predeceased by : his wife Lorene Mills; his parents, Lester Mills and Dent Mills of Bean Station; and his siblings, Howard, Lloyd and Rema Davidson.

He is survived by : his siblings, Rosemary, Betty and Robert; his daughter Terri Fuller of New Jersey; his granddaughters, Jessica Fuller and Whitney Mazurek of New Jersey; his great grandchild Ava DiNapoli; and his close friend Darryl Richardson of Morristown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
