He is survived by : his wife Beulah "Bea" Mae Dessert of Jefferson City; his daughter Terri Wofford (Don) of Laramie, WY; his granddaughter Deanna Ottinger (Hubert "Frankie" Jr.) of Greeneville; his great grandchildren, Olivia Pearl Ottinger, Cora Lee Ottinger and Ruthie Mae Ottinger; his sister Majory Dessert of Brookings, OR; his nieces and nephews, Tim Norton (Kathy) of Elizabethton, Keith Norton (Kim) of Charlotte, NC, Sharon Norton of Valdosta, GA and Debbie Pierce (Dan) of Jacksonville; and his uncle Ray Norton of Valdosta, GA..
