He is survived by: his wife Mary Horner; his children, Dena Rueff, Lorie Horner (Jamie) and Will Horner (Paige); his grandchildren, Morgan, Sydney (Brett), Trent, Addison, Tenley and Warren; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Zaylyn and Scarlett; and his brother Ray Horner of Morristown Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Okolona Little League in honor of Mr. Horner.
