He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Turner (Clarence) and Sam Polver; his former wife Gayle Polver; his brother John Polver; and his grandparents, Harry, Helen Jenkins and Florence Hawkins.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Polver; his children, Todd Anthony Polver, Sr. (Rhonda) and Angie Livesay (Scott); his grandchildren, Todd Anthony Polver, Jr. (Emma), Dylan Polver, Lucas Polver (Jaycee) and Emaline Livesay; his great grandchildren, Addilyn and Ellington Polver; his brother Michael Scott Polver (Jennifer); his stepmother Carol Polver; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Polver, Vickie Hannah, Viriginia Barnes and Mitchell Parsons. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and other family and friends.
