He is survived by: his wife Lindsay Waggoner of Jefferson City; his son Silas Waggoner of Jefferson City; his mother Wilma Woods of Maynardville; his grandparents, Betty, Meryl Waggoner of Maynardville and Roy Childress of Knoxville; his parents-in-law, Jana and Steve Johnson of Newport; his siblings, Steven Waggoner, Jr. (Kinsley) of Whitesburg, George Childress (Amber) of Knoxville, Dustin Waggoner (Molly) of Topeka, KS, Ben Woods of Maynardville, Faith Long (Kane) of Knoxville and Hope Waggoner of Maynardville; and his stepsiblings, Julia Davis (Luther) of Norris, Harold Woods, Jr. (Norma) of Maynardville, William Woods (Tosha) of Maynardville and Joseph Woods (Heather) of Maynardville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
