Phillip James Mitchell Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy James Mitchell and Laura Elizabeth Mitchell. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Mitchell; his daughters, Beth Martzin (William) of Clinton, TN and Bonnie Mitchell of Edinburgh, Scotland; his grandchildren, Stephen Heisler, Aaron Martzin and Elizabeth Martzin; his siblings, William Mitchell and Kathy McCoy; and his nephew Rev. Todd McCoy. He is also survived by numerous other nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 26th 2023 at 9:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 25th 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 26th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the East Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37914).
