It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ruth Willard of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her son Ricky Lee; her husband Bobby Joe Willard; her parents, C. C. Lowery and Mary Elizabeth Brown Lowery; and her brothers, George and Wesley Lowery.

She is survived by : her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Johnny Rainwater; her granddaughter Lori (Alan Moore); and her close friends, Neil "Tub" McCampbell and Ernestine Vance.
