He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor R. Carroll and Elizabeth Carroll (Wilson); his siblings, Ed Carroll, Gene Carroll, Elmer Carrol, Morris Carroll and Wilma Creekmore; and his daughter Tamara Annette Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda J Carroll; his children, Jamie Herren (Brent), Paul Carroll, Amy Kelley (Dallas) and Tony Carroll (Lisa); his grandchildren, Allyson Scott (Drew), Logan Phillips (Jesse), Brenden Herren, Mackenzie Carroll, Collin Carroll, Riley Carroll, Elijah Kelley and Savannah Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Annora Scott, Maddux Scott, Wilder Phillips, Aailyah Minton and Tyson Williams.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Funeral Home (1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Robinson Chapel Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583).
