She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Moore; her brothers, Herbert Mills, Leonard Mills and Charles Mills; her great grandchild Cody Adcock; and her son-in-law Carl Slate.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Slate, Beverly Harper (Steve), Debbie Garris, Terri Moore (Robert Gerena) and Susan Kowalski (Tom); and her grandchildren, Ashlee, Kimberly, Derek, Brett, Tommy, Cathy, Sherry, Steve, Karen and Cindy. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren.
