He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Miller and Melva Hedgepath (Stephens); his daughter Tracy Wiley; his siblings, Arney, Anthony Miller and Martha "Sissy" Lovelace; his grandchildren, Cody Miller and Alyssa Miller; and his grandparents, John, Lillie Stephens, Dora and Cephas Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Joan Miller (Musser); his sons, Arthur "Bubba" Miller, Jr. (Holly) and Shon Miller; and his siblings, Cephas Miller, Martha Noland (Jack), Maneshia Miller and Melba Sweeney. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and multiple great grandchildren.
