He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulon Winters and Retha Alma Winters; his son Jeffrey Keith Winters; and his sisters, Wylerdene Lloyd, Imogene Heathman and Betty Lou Winters.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Winters; his son Billy Wade Winters; and his pet Tuffy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
