He is survived by: his girlfriend Rebecca Anthony; his sons, Brian (Kim) and Michael (Michelle); his sisters, Billie Johnson (Jimmy) and Dorothy Graves; and his grandchildren, Michaela Nikazy (Nick), Allison Allen (Trent) and Kolten Knight. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
