He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alton and Lottie Broadway; and his daughter Leslee Broadway. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Donnie R. Broadway Jr. (Misty), Tina Felts (Eddie), Gina Whitlow (Steve) and Blake Thomas (Monica); his stepchildren, Shane Thomas (Dawn), Shanna Thomas and Angela Harrelson (Daniel); and his brother Robert Broadway. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
