He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alton and Lottie Broadway; and his daughter Leslee Broadway. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Donnie R. Broadway Jr. (Misty), Tina Felts (Eddie), Gina Whitlow (Steve) and Blake Thomas (Monica); his stepchildren, Shane Thomas (Dawn), Shanna Thomas and Angela Harrelson (Daniel); and his brother Robert Broadway. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 4624 Kentucky Ave, Nashville, TN 37209. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
