He is survived by: his wife Loretta Proctor; his siblings, Kevin "KC" Proctor and Donna Housley (Lonnie); his niece Erica Winter; his nephews, Josh Housley, Jeremiah Proctor and Justin Proctor; his sister-in-law Melinda "Linn" Atkinson; his cousin Stephen Reed; Punkin and Sassy.
