He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Reece Yant Sr.; his uncles, Herbert, Frank, Gene, Terry and Hugh Ashburn; and his grandparents, Avington, Mary Alice Yant, Herbert and Mary Ashburn.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie Denise Yant; his daughter Autumn Bowman; his son-in-law Hunter Bowman; his grandson Braxton Bowman; his daughter JoAnna Yant; his mother Myrtle Faye Yant; his brothers, Bobby Yant Jr. (Tracy), Scottie Yant Sr. (Lindsay) and Andy Yant (Julie); his nieces and nephews, Rachel Cato (Aaron), Ashley Sisk (Kyle), Scottie Yant Jr. (Neeley Pike), Emma and Gavin Thompson; and his brothers, Conner Yant and Camren Yant.
