Marvis Binkley Obituary
The memory of Marvis Binkley of Joelton, Tennessee, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Marvis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Marvis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Binkley and Odessa Oliver Binkley; and his siblings, Jerry Wayne Binkley and Reba Dean Binkley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Binkley; his siblings, Larry Joe Binkley (Debra), Brenda Jacobs and Kay Head (Steve); and his sister-in-law Sue Spurlock. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (6316 Hwy 41 A, Pleasant View, TN 37146). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Good Springs Cemetery (2621 Church St, Pleasant View, TN 37146).
